A very entertaining game of two halves.  St Marys controlling the first half and leading 12 – 3 at half-time.  Two excellent tries one scored by Tev and one by Mick Byrne, a conversion by Matt Duggan bringing it to 12-3.  A great display by the pack and backs linking up well together in a very exciting first half/

The second half started with St Marys putting on a lot of pressure at the start only for Trinity to take full control for the next 30 minutes during which time they scored two very well taken tries and a conversion to take the lead 15 – 12 but St Marys battled on bravely defending their line on numerous occasions stopping Trinity for scoring any more tries.  On a rare attack into the Trinity 22 St Marys won a penalty which Matt Duggan converted to level the score.  For the last 10 minutes Trinity  attacked the St Marys line constantly but St Marys defended brilliantly.  Tremendous performance by the whole squad.  Many thanks to Dermot Ferris for his help on the day.

A very happy Christmas to the Under 21s and their families from Jack Ebbs & Dermot
