Update re Season 2024/25:

Membership renewal for Season 2024/25 has now opened.

All members who previously paid through ClubZap will receive a renewal link. Please get in contact if you have not received one. Any members who have not used the ClubZap system previously please use this link https://stmaryscollegerfc.clubifyapp.com/membership_signup. For the purpose of membership renewal “New members” includes those who are new to the system as well as those new to the club.

Family membership can include one ordinary member and one clubhouse member plus any number of U18 children / school children. The system will generate an automatic family membership rate once all members are entered provided the correct membership classes have been selected for adults. This membership entitles you to a single vote at AGM and a single preferential application for international match tickets. Juvenile membership carries no rights to vote or apply for international match tickets.

All players and coaches must be members of St Mary’s College RFC to partake in training and / or matches. All coaches of underage players must also have current Garda vetting, there are no exceptions.

Membership may be paid in full or over three equal instalments. Please select the appropriate option when completing the renewal online. No member will be excluded owing to financial difficulties – if you need assistance with either the amount or timing of payments, please contact Aidan Manahan in full confidence.

New members should complete the attached membership form and leave it in the office please. Any membership fees paid by new members is contingent upon their application being approved by the Executive Committee and fee payment is not a guarantee of acceptance of application.

Note re Groundworks Levy:
At a recent Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 20th June 2024 it was unanimously agreed that we introduce a membership levy to cover new Groundworks.

Membership Package Details:

Family Membership: €400 (€300 plus €100 Levy)
All families must have one Ordinary member (Playing/Non Playing).
In addition, the family can optionally contain One Clubhouse member AND one Under 20s member AND one Student member (maximum of one of each). In addition the family can contain unlimited juvenile members from the same family or household.
Discounts are applied automatically as you Add your member types.

Juvenile Member: €200 (€150 plus €50 Levy)

Ordinary (Playing) Member: €340 (€240 plus €100 Levy)

Ordinary (Non-Playing) Member: €340 (€240 plus €100 Levy)

Under 20s Member: €230 (€180 plus €50 Levy)

Clubhouse Member: €280 (€180 plus €100 Levy)

Overseas Member: €200 (€100 plus €100 Levy)

Student Member: €230 (€180 plus €50 Levy)
