Membership Packages — Season 2026/27
All prices include the Groundworks Levy agreed at the SGM of 20th June 2024 — the breakdown is shown on each package. Payment is made online through SmartClub, in full or by instalments.
Family Membership

€300 plus €100 Levy. Must include one Ordinary member (Playing or Non-Playing); may optionally add one Clubhouse, one Under 20s and one Student member, plus unlimited juvenile members from the same family or household.

Good to Know
Digital smart card. Once your renewal is complete you'll receive access to the Smart Cloud membership system. Your digital smart card gives access to the dressing room and gym doors, and can be used at the bar and for payments. Physical cards are still available on request from membership@smcrfc.com.
Family membership rights. Family membership entitles you to a single vote at AGM and a single preferential application for international match tickets. Juvenile membership carries no voting or international ticket application rights.
Players and coaches. All players and coaches must be members of St Mary's College RFC to take part in training or matches. All coaches of underage players must also have current Garda vetting — no exceptions. See Safeguarding & Vetting.
Instalments and assistance. Membership may be paid in full or over instalments — select the appropriate option when renewing online. No member will be excluded owing to financial difficulties: if you need assistance with the amount or timing of payments, contact membership@smcrfc.com in full confidence.
New members. New membership applications require approval by the Executive Committee; payment of the fee is not a guarantee of acceptance.
