2025-26 Three Saints — Division 5/6 Super Six, then Division 6 (3rd)

Guinness RFC, St. Mary's College RFC and De La Salle Palmerston launched Three Saints in August 2025 — the name honours St Mary, St Jean-Baptiste de la Salle and St James (of St James's Gate). The first phase was the Division 5/6 Super Six A (one win, 31-12 at Portlaoise); the second was Division 6, where wins over UCD, Portlaoise and a walkover from Dundalk brought third place. Three Saints reached the Division 5 & 6 Cup quarter-final (lost 0-40 at Lansdowne), and also played in the Plate and the Metro Plate.

2022-23 Refounded — Leinster Women's League Division 4

Sarah Brennan-Fallon — a former captain — re-established the women's team and the club applied to Leinster to enter a senior side. Rebuilding with a mix of returning players and newcomers, the team played Division 4: the first game back was a 5-55 defeat to South East Lions at Templeville Road, and numbers were stretched through the winter, with several fixtures conceded.

2019-22 No team (2019-20 to 2021-22)

No women's team took the field for three seasons. The 2019-20 membership book still named a women's Director of Rugby, but no fixtures or results were recorded, and Covid then halted the game. When the team returned in 2022-23 the yearbook called it the first women's team the club had fielded in some years.

2018-19 Women's AIL Division 1 — 7th; Flood Lite Cup winners Winners

Back in the All-Ireland League — the club's 16th AIL season — but a very tough one: no league wins and relegation. The team beat Ballynahinch 36-0 away in the All-Ireland Cup and won the inaugural Metro Flood Lite Cup. Emma Hooban won her Ireland caps in 2019 and Paula Fitzpatrick played twice for the Barbarians. It proved to be the last season before the section paused.

Honours: Winners – Metro Flood Lite Cup (inaugural)

2016-17 Women's AIL Division 1 — 8th (relegated)

Paula Fitzpatrick returned from France and Carol Staunton, the club's first women's international, was captain. The league expanded to a home-and-away 14-game format; wins over Highfield, Cooke and Old Belvedere and a draw with Blackrock were not enough and the team finished bottom and dropped out of the AIL. In the All-Ireland Cup they beat Buccaneers 50-0 before losing the quarter-final to Old Belvedere.

Captain: Carol Staunton · Coaching: Philip Lynch (head), Gareth Logan (forwards), Ian Robinson (backs), Rachel Connolly (S&C) · Management: Mikey Coyle
