Girls Mini Rugby Update

As the beginning of the season is fast approaching, planning is already in full swing.

At are Girls Mini Rugby Section we have teams at the following age groups:

  • U6/7/8
  • U10
  • U12

The aim this season is to continue our growth in this area with the pathway for girls rugby continuing to girls youth and then up to our Senior Women’s section.

With that in mind, we are always looking for volunteers to help us in whatever way they can.

We are currently looking for more coaches at each group.

We are also looking to get Team Administrators for our U6/7/8 and U12 age groups.

The Team Administrator role involves, but not limited to, looking after contacting parents every week and posting updates of training and matches. There will also be an element of match coordination. This will also just involve contacting the opposition to confirm game details and passing the details onto coaches and parents.

As well as that, planning will begin shortly for our Girls Blitz, where we also need volunteers to help get involved in our organising committee for the Blitz.
