We’ve a slightly different structure to the usual match report format here as our reporter was M.I.A on Saturday. After a great win against Railway the Metro 8 league changed a lot based on other results around us but again we can only concentrate on each game we have and getting a result. Going into this away fixture we knew a win would put us right back in the running and just one point of Navan in second who we meet this Saturday in Tempeville in the final game of 2023.

While not providing a full match report here it has to be mentioned the huge performance that was put in by this squad including Richie Fagan scoring a hat trick in the first half, Denis Daly putting in a performance that won him MOM and adding a try here. Other tries from Jack O Mahoney, Nils and Jayden along with the boot of Dara Lynch secured great win away from home.
